By making purchase through this website or through direct bank transfer, you agree to accept our Refund Policy.

Once you made your purchase (via Paypal or direct Bank Transfer), we will proceed to generate your license code based on your purchased item. Hence, once we have delivered it to your email address, there is STRICTLY NO REFUND.
The time of delivery is based on our system, not the receiving date and time of your email.
You (Buyer) are advice to check your spam folder for the email from 57Network for the license key.
However, we will only make a refund base on the following terms and conditions:
1) You (Buyer) are willing to exchange to other Bitdefender products from us, and the total amount of the products must be equivalent or higher than the existing purchased item amount. Thus, there will be no refund, but may need a top-up.
2) You (Buyer) are able to call or send email to us BEFORE we deliver the license code to your email address. Again, The time of delivery is based on our system, not the receiving date and time of your email. Once we have delivered the license key to your email address, there is STRICTLY NO REFUND.
3) For the refund of each product item purchased, there is a mandatory processing fee, amounting to RM 5 (Malaysia Ringgit).
Example : If you have purchased one item of Internet Security (RM 55) and one item of Total Security (RM 96),
Total Purchased amount : RM 55 + RM 96 = RM 151
Total amount of processing fee for two items : RM 5 + RM 5 = RM 10
Total refund amount : RM 151 - RM 10 = RM 141
